I would like to start a small tenant locating business but I need funding for Start-up expences, basic software and office equipment. Will I be able to get a small loan with bad credit due to student loans? about $5000

I don’t have much money, and I dont know where to start or even think how to open a business. My most important question is LOCATION but where do I even start searching. This idea just kind of ran into my head.
This is want I think:
Upside to opening a Internet cafe : Easy to hire new employees, overhead could be minimal. Could be profitable.
Downside: Many users will have internet access at home, will it even be necessary to have a internet cafe.

Do you find the location and the building you want first? Ask for the loan first? How do you get washing machines? Starting a business is scary for someone like me, I just want to do something I know people need and use.

Any tutorials for beginners like me? i tried searching but its a jungle out there, internet marketing is so cliche’d , how to stand out ,and make it work?
