Has anyone been successful with starting a moderately successful home based business with little to no start up costs?

I am looking to work part time from home and I would like to know if anyone has any experience in this. Preferably a place that does not require a fee to get started.

To be ready to venture into business, you need to take time and gather information on what you desire to start. It is necessary to do this because this is an important milestone in your life. This could either be the key to success or remain behind surrounded by misery and debt.

When you decide to start a small business, the first thing you have to do is to have a plan. When you have no plan, you have no sense of direction. A plan will guide you on where you want to go and how to overcome obstacles. When starting out, problems will be there. The way you tackle these problems will set you apart from other entrepreneurs. There will also be targets in your plan. You should do your best to accomplish them.

I get alot of email offers but I cant tell which ones are scams and which ones arent. Does anyone have,or know of a good home based business opportunity that I could do off of my computer? I just dont know where to even start looking.Thanks alot!!

Any ideas for a non-internet, home based business. All thoughts welcome.
