Small business loans/grants, where are they?

I want to start a small automobile sales dealership, I have 11 years in the automobile sales business, and I would like to know where I can go to find small business grants or loans, I need between $650,000.00 to $1,000,000.00

http://business.gov is a good place to start. You should also check with your own state and see what they have available. Most of the grants available are for either minorities/women or those for businesses in technology.
